How to Win Friends and Influence People

Despite everyone in my family being sick at the end of last week, I did get a kick out of Ed Week's new survey report on influential people, organizations, information sources and research studies (hat tip: Eduwonk). What's not to like about a survey that rates the AFT as a more influential organization than the NEA or the Fordham Foundation? Especially since, according to Alexander Russo, Fordham helped fund the survey? This report is a bit like newly-published biography in DC--instead of looking for your name in the index, you just read the tables to see how you rate. I doubt if anyone actually reads the whole report. Enjoy the fun!
