"More than one in four children still don't have full-time health care," reports CBS News, summarizing the findings of a report released today by the Children's Health Fund (H/T Think Progress).
The link between poor health care and a child's ability to learn is well documented, but we'll have to take CBS's word on the report's findings for now. It doesn't seem to be up yet on the CHF Web site.

By the way, Paul is not dead.
