SCHIP's Rationale vs. Vouchers'

Here's an interesting e-mail from a colleague:
Have you noticed that there's an interesting twist when you compare the right-wing arguments on SCHIP and vouchers? President Bush denounced SCHIP, arguing against it by saying that it will allow families to switch from health insurance paid for by private sector employers/individuals to "government" paid but (privately delivered) health care. But on vouchers…they argue that we need to move large numbers of people from paying for private education themselves into a system where they depend on government to pay for education delivered by the private sector.
Not an airtight "gotcha," but I think this makes a valid point.

Well, it's this:
